- added nouvelle france
- added a feature that forces you to move your house if in a nobuildingzone (you will not be able to load your house until its moved, you can move it anywhere 1 time, its automatic)

- fixed small issue with anti-dupe
- fixed track contract progress display
- fixed rowboat animations
- fixed players being able to till other's ground
Changes
- menu roles now only show if you have access to them
- raised player count to 80 on all islands that were not higher than 80
