Overview[]
The Glacial Caverns are a series of tunnels within the Misty Glacier in the central region of the Isle of Rupert. The cavern itself does not host many interesting ores, with only mildly common ores being found within the glacier. The cave is more often used as a defensive point for raiders.
The cave itself mostly runs from the northern portion of the Misty Glacier to the southern portion of the glacier at the Misty Furrow. Starting from the northern entrance, one would enter a chamber filled with silver and coal. Heading south, one would run into another open chamber containing the illegal elusive German trader Johannes Von Mueller who may often spawn within the chamber. Heading further into the tunnel leads to a fork within the cavern, the right tunnel would lead into a loop back into a previous tunnel.
Exploring further to the left of the tunnel would lead one into an underground lake, walking further into the tunnel would lead into a hole within the cavern which contains an underwater passageway. Such a passageway leads into Clifford's Cave. Explorers daring to traverse through this tunnel are encouraged to bring wood for a campfire and the warmest clothing they are able to equip.
Heading further south within the cavern leads into a slow descending tunnel with lead and iron located within the tunnel. At the very end of the tunnel, one would find a fork within the cavern, with the left leading into Misty Furrow, while another would lead to a empty dead end.
