Coal & Curl is the tailor and barber shop of James Bay located on the Isle of Rupert. It is ran by tailor Marcus Francois and barber Philip Francois, who is Marcus' brother. The first floor is the main store, with hats, clothing and the barber shop. As you move onto the second floor, there is a selection of clothing users can buy. Along with this is the third floor, which houses beds for both of the NPCs.
